NYATEP 2026 Fall Conference:

Oct. 5 to 7 in Albany, New York

Please note that this version contains the structure of the conference, but very little content at this point. We hope it may be sufficient for those of you who require a draft agenda to register. We will share a refined version later in the week of August 31 with content populated.

Registration Overview

There are two steps you will likely need to take to participate in the conference:

1) Register with NYATEP to attend. You will need to pay by credit card or request an invoice to pay later.

2) Book a hotel room at the Hilton Albany.

See below for instructions for how to complete each of these steps.

1. Register for the Conference

The early bird registration deadline has passed. Regular registration rates are available.
To register for the conference, you must complete a form with your information and either pay now by credit card or request an invoice to pay later.
To register and pay now by credit card: Click on the "Register Now" button below and complete the form, selecting the credit card option at the bottom. After you submit the form, you will receive a follow-up email enabling you to pay by credit card. Please pay to complete your registration.
To register by requesting an invoice: Click on the "Register Now" button below and complete the form, selecting the invoice/purchase order option at the bottom. You will need to provide information for a billing contact person at your organization. You will receive an email requesting credit card information, but you can ignore that email - your registration will be complete without it.
Important Note: All attendees must pay in full or present a Purchase Order for payment prior to the start of the conference. Payment will be accepted at the registration desk at the conference. See NYATEP's payment policies below.

2. Book a Hotel Room at the Hilton Albany

NEW: We've extended the conference room rate until September 11! Please book now to lock in that rate.

Room Rate: The conference room rate is $169 per night. We were able to extend this rate until September 11, so please act quickly.

Parking: free for registered conference attendees.

Reservations:

To make a reservation, you can call or reserve online.

Reserve online using the booking link; or
Call 1-800-HILTONS (800-445-8667) and provide the code 1ATEP to get the conference rate.

Again, the deadline for reserving rooms at the conference rate is Friday, September 11, 2026.
